Shift Leader

Shift leaders are responsible for leading front of house during shifts and keeping service running smoothly! The role involves everything from stock checks and compliance to guiding guests through the menu, managing bookings and walk-ins, and ensuring every customer feels welcome and well looked after. You’ll need to be organised, reliable, and a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well in a small, close-knit team, and brings plenty of enthusiasm, initiative, and problem-solving skills to the table.
