Roles Available:

Team Member £7.50 - £10.50 /hr *
Shift Manager £10.50 – £12.50 /hr *

*Dependent on experience

In addition to your salary, you’ll also get:

20% off take-out for up to 6 people when you’re hanging out with them.
Referral bonus of £100* (if you and your referral consistently perform for a minimum of 8hrs/week for 6 months from the date of referral hire)

Flexible or regular shift patterns on offer
Front of House and Back of House role crossover to give you a wider breadth of experience and skill set.
Potential to earn £1/hr extra bonus for those that can reliably make pizza in accordance with our company standards, regardless of where your operable shift is carried out.
Potential opportunities to work in The Social Dough Company food trucks for those with impeccable hospitable skills with slick, fast service – £1.5/hr bonus.
